The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has launched its largest one-time compliance relief scheme. From 15 April 2026 to 15 July 2026, companies with pending filings get a unique chance to regularize at a fraction of the usual cost.
The Kerala Public Service Commission portal of the One Time Registration (OTR) portal is called Thulasi.
The website provides an opportunity for job seekers to register once, create a profile, upload documents, and then apply to various PSC notifications without having to register again for each job.
Convenience: You can use one profile across multiple applications, hence you do not need to fill all the information every time you need to recruit.
Transparency: All the job notification, admit cards, results are available online. Candidates can check status.
Saves Time & Cost: Less paperwork, less travel, less duplication of effort.
Centralized System: All (profile, applications, exam schedules, hall tickets, results) are made available in a single portal.
Some details cannot be changed freely (e.g., major personal details) without formal correction requests. This can be inconvenient if there was an error initially.
If you miss the “confirmation for exam” deadline, you may lose the chance to write that exam.
Sometimes applicants face trouble uploading documents, or photo/signature not accepted due to format/size; login or captcha issues etc.
Need to keep track of many deadlines (notification, confirmation, hall ticket issuance etc.), which can be confusing.
Access Official Portal: Visit the webpage of Thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in or the personal PSC Thulasi registration.
New Registration / One Time Registration (OTR): Enter personal information (name, DOB, address), contact information, education information. Upload photo and signature. Choose User ID and password.
Verify Contact Info: Check mobile number/email is right/validated (where needed).
Profile Updates: You can check your profile periodically, after you have registered. Refresh in the case of getting new qualifications. Correct any errors using correction form where necessary.
Watch for Job Notifications: As soon as you are registered, job notification of eligible PSC posts will be sent to you. Regularly check for them.
Apply to jobs You are able to apply to the portal to jobs where you are eligible. Deliver on demand documents.
Exam Confirmation: It happens that you have to confirm that you are going to take an exam before the deadline or you will not be given the hall tickets.
Download Hall Ticket: Once the confirmation and requisite processing has been executed, obtain the admit card.
Check Results / Marks / Rank Lists: Once checked, Thulasi of results.
Store your User ID and Password. You can retrieve them via SMS etc in case you do lose them but it is better not to lose them.
Add images / signatures of good quality where needed. Otherwise, either of your applications may be declined or may be postponed.
Academic failures. Failure to meet deadlines of confirmation. Though you submit the application but you have not confirmed in time then there is a chance that you do not get the admit card.
