• The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has hereby on February 18th, 2021 via notification has stated that the following provisions of Companies Act, 2013 shall now be applicable to LLP under Section 67(1) of LLP Act, 2008 soon:

1. Register of significant beneficial owners in a company;
2. Disqualifications for Appointment of Director/DP;
3. Number of Directorships;
4.  Vacation of Office of Director;
5. Power to Call for Information, Inspect Books and Conduct Inquiries;;
6. Conduct of Inspection and Inquiry;
7. Appeal to Tribunal;
8. Offences to be Non-cognizable;
