If your business address has changed, you should notify the Business Registration Office in writing within 1 month of the change. In your notification, you should state your business registration number, business name, old and new business address and the date of change.
Every change of the situation of the registered office shall be notified to the Registrar within 15 days of the change. Hence, any change in the registered office of the company shall be filed with the ROC within 15 days in form INC- 22.
