Rythu Bandhu Scheme is a flagship farmer welfare program launched by the Government of Telangana to provide financial assistance to farmers for agricultural investment. The scheme was introduced in 2018 under the leadership of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR).
The main objective of the Rythu Bandhu Scheme is to support farmers by providing direct investment assistance for crop cultivation, helping them meet expenses such as seeds, fertilisers, pesticides, and labour costs.
