Visit the EPFO Portal : Open your browser and go to the official EPFO portal: https://www.epfindia.gov.in.
Navigate to 'Member Home' : On the homepage, navigate to locate “Services”, then click on “For Member”. It will take you to the EPFO Member Home login page, enter your details and get access.
Enter Your UAN and Password: You have to provide your UAN or Universal Account Number as well as the password that was created during the UAN registration process.
Login : Once the details are entered, click on Login to get to the Member Home page.
Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled) : In order to ensure the dual factor authentication, EPFO may ask for OTP sent on your registered mobile number or email id.
After login in, they get complete access to EPFO Member Home and they can see UAN passbook, claim status, PF withdrawal and much more.
Login to EPFO Member Home : Here’s how to be part of it, or the EPFO Member Home portal; simply enter your UAN and password.
Click on 'View Passbook' : On your dashboard, you will see ‘Passbook’ and if you click on it then you will see ‘View Passbook’.
Download the Passbook : This is a wonderful feature because besides being able to print it, you are also able to view the downloaded EPF passbook on the computer screen. This will show your contribution history and your balance on the account.
Login to EPFO Member Home: To log in, you need your UAN and password for your account.
Navigate to 'Track Claim Status' : Last on the options bar on the dashboard, there is the ‘Track Claim Status’ button. It will lead you to a page where they indicate the status of your claim request.
Enter the Necessary Details : You may be required to type other information like your claim number or your nature of the claim –withdrawal, transfer and so on –to check their status.
View Status : Where they are is the claim that you submitted where the system will provide you with status whether you are accepted, pending or rejected.
Login to EPFO Member Home : To utilise this portal you have to enter your UAN and password for login.
Click on 'Online Services' : Go to ‘Online Services’ then click on ‘Claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D)’.
Fill in the Withdrawal Request Form : Select a type of claim you want to file for instance, PF Withdrawal. To do this you will have to divulge aspects such as your account number, address and other details.
Submit the Claim Request : Once you have gone through all the details, you should be sure to make your claim. Once EPFO crosschecks the information and clears the list, then the request will be approved. Members are able to monitor if their withdrawal was approved or denied by using the ‘Track Claim Status’ link on the Member Home page.

Update KYC Details: Please update your Aadhar Card number and/ or PAN cardnumber/ Account details for better processing of your claims.
Track PF Balance: It is always possible to check the balance in your EPF account at any one time.
Link UAN with Aadhaar: Check your UAN is connected with Aadhaar for accessing other EPFO facilities.
Login to EPFO Member Home : Then, you have to enter your UAN and password for the Member Home screen if you want to have full access.
Click on 'Track Claim Status' : In the Online Services tab you can find the link to check the status of your PF withdrawal.
Enter Required Details : Depending on your withdrawal/transfer or any other request you are going to make, you have to mention your claim number/other details.
View Status : On the PF withdrawal section of the portal, you will see the status of your withdrawal as has been processed, pending, or rejected.
