Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date for filing of eform INC-22A/ Active till June 15, 2019

Ministry of Corporate Affairs by their notification dated April 25, 2019 has hereby extended the due date for filing of Form INC-22A to June 15, 2019. The government has extended the deadline for uploading photos of business premises giving corporates more time to comply with a provision aimed at spotting shell companies.

CBDT Extended date for linking of PAN with Aadhaar by September 30, 2019.

The central government via notification dated March 31, 2019 has notified the date after which your PAN will become invalid if not linked to Aadhaar. As per the notification, the last date to link PAN with Aadhaar is September 30, 2019 and as per the rules if PAN is not linked with Aadhaar by this date, then PAN will become invalid.

RBI Says Not Yet Approved Merger of Lakshmi Vilas and Indiabulls Housing

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said it has not yet approved a merger proposal of private-sector lender Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd and Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. Responding to media speculation that the presence of two nominee directors of RBI on the board of Lakshmi Vilas Bank implies RBI's indirect approval of the deal, the central bank said the deal does not have its approval at this stage.
