Producer Company
A Producer Company is a type of cooperative company designed to protect the interests of producers (farmers, artisans, etc.) by providing them with a more structured, legal form of cooperation. It is essentially a company that serves the needs of its members who are involved in the production, harvesting, or manufacturing of agricultural or other products. The rules of Section 581C to Section 581ZT under the Companies Act, 2013 regulate this process.
